Returns & Exchanges
In case of placing an online order for delivery, make sure you read the title of the selected product correctly, you can ask by whatsapp or by phone at (809) 896-8802 in case of help. If you select the wrong one yourself, we are happy to exchange it for another one as long as you haven’t uncapped it and you have to pay the shipping cost again.
How to make a return of my order?
The customer must go to one of our branches with the new (unused) equipment, original packaging, accessories and any other item included in the package (in original condition). You must present the original purchase invoice.
Note: The cost paid for shipping is non-refundable.
At the time of making a request for change or return, the customer must send the item to our company, if by mistake of the post office or some other type of error the package is lost in the return process and it never reaches our company, it will be the responsibility of the client and no type of exchange or refund can be made.
CKILL SHOP, The right is reserved not to make or accept the exchange or return of an item or product if it is in poor condition, used, stained, broken, washed or in defective or inadequate conditions.
The cost of changing or returning a product is borne by customers.
All changes or returns will be subject to the availability of the product, if at the time of making the change or return and our company does not have in stock the product for which the customer wishes to make the change, you can change it for another product or obtain a note credit for the value of the item.
Credit notes for changing or returning a product do not have an expiration time. CKILL SHOP reserves any right to cancel it.
Reasons that can generate a return.
1. Damaged product.
2. Wrong product.
3. Product does not meet the description on the web.
What happens if I damage the product?
Items that due to misuse of the equipment, or alterations of any kind that affect its operation, do not apply for returns, and in the case of electrical appliances, the guarantee does not apply for industrial use or as rental or rental.
Shipping & Delivery
All shipments or packages will be delivered within a maximum period of 48h/72h. working days, if your package is in the Dominican Republic. If your package is outside the country, the CUSTOMER OR USER will receive a notification via email (shipping@ckillshop.com). Orders received after 5:00 pm will be processed the next day.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order in the Track your order option, if your package was sent through a shipping company such as Fedex, UPS, DHL, among others. You can also call our number 809-896-8802 to get information about your package.
If your package was sent directly by us, you can check the status of your package through our telephone lines.
What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the courier is going to deliver my order?
The product can be received by another person authorized by the owner who placed the order, by sending an email through Email (shipping@ckillshop.com) authorizing said person by sending a photo or copy of the ID of the person who is going to receive the package.
What should I do if my order does not arrive within the indicated period?
You must communicate through the Email (shipping@ckillshop.com), put your order number and your name in the subject, CKILL SHOP, will investigate the cause of the problem and will contact you immediately.
